Shipping policy

Salomona ships within the United States only.

Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days from the date your order is placed. This includes 2–4 days of production time plus shipping.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Multiple items: If your order includes multiple products, they may ship separately and you may receive more than one tracking number. This is normal.

Lost or stolen packages: Salomona is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Address errors: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
