Is this an official collaboration?
No. Salomona is an independent fan-made project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any artist or label.

Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States only.

How long does shipping take?
5–10 business days from the time your order is placed. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus any options available at checkout.

My item arrived damaged or misprinted. What do I do?
We're sorry — that shouldn't happen. Email us at hola@salomonaco.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll arrange a reprint or refund at no cost to you. You do not need to return the item.

Can I return or exchange my order?
All items are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preference. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

What if my package was stolen or lost after being marked as delivered?
Unfortunately we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier directly.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has already started and cancellations are not possible.
