Refund policy

All Salomona products are made to order. This means production begins as soon as you place your order — we do not hold inventory.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Wrong size selected
• Personal preference

Please review the size guide carefully before ordering.

We will replace or refund your order if:

• The item arrives damaged
• The item is misprinted or has a manufacturing defect
• You receive the wrong item

To request a replacement or refund, email us at hola@salomonaco.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. You do not need to return the item.

Order cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has already started and cancellations are not possible.

Refund processing:
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We ship within the United States only.
