Shipping & Delivery
Every Salomona piece is made just for you — printed on demand, one order at a time.
We ship within the United States only.
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days from the date your order is placed. This includes production time (2–4 days) plus shipping.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow every step.
A few things to keep in mind:
- All items are made to order. This means production starts the moment you place your order — we cannot make changes or cancellations after 24 hours.
- We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preference. Please review the size guide before ordering.
- If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, email us at hola@salomonaco.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll take care of it — no return needed.
- We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
